Former Swansons employee. Swansons will back up any product you buy completely like no other dealership will. The owners are completely honest and care about the WORKERS and the CUSTOMERS a great deal. I WOULD recommend buying your next piece of equipment here or working here.

Great Service and they have about anything you could need.

The guys were fast and courteous and I was very pleased with their help.   I was allowed to sit in the machine to make sure I would be able to operate it (I'm a big guy).  The check in went quickly and I am very satisfied with the service there.  Thanks guys!

I brought in my motor home with a diesel generator starting problem. They seemed fairly confident that they could solve the problem. However, after a week of me calling them to check on the status I was told they couldn’t fix it and I would have to take it to Cummins in Fargo. I went to pick it up and found that I would have to pay $585 for absolutely no resolution or idea of what the problem was.
I should start this type of business and advertise that I can fix anything and after a week of fumbling around I could charge $110 per hour for not fixing o doing my job.  What a bunch of crooks!! Done go to Swanson’s.

Swanson's repair & rental center is awesome.  I brought in a piece of equipment and by the time I got home 22 miles away I got a call saying my machine is fixed.  This is better than any other small engine repair facility I've ever seen.  Otter Tail Channel is proud to bring more business to Swanson's!
