  Called to check on a lumber product in a 9 ft and an 8-ft after being on hold forever was told they didn't have the 9 ft but they had the eight when I arrived I found a complete pallet full of 9 ft after I had bought it somewhere else I wanted to buy approximately $2,000 worth of the 8-ft and was told there was no one that could help me load it, so I left. I'll be polite and just say they are very weak when it comes to customer service

  Nice hardware and lumber store. They have a good plant selection right now; just wish they hadn't moved things around.

  All the employees are so helpful. Big thanks to Skylar and the Sunday morning crew today! We highly recommend this great store in Sedalia. We will be back soon.
