Called Superior L&M Services and talked with Matthew. He gave me a verbal price for removal of a Schefflera and replanting of an Areca Palm! Showed up at the appointment time did a Fantastic removal / thorough stump grinding while being very careful of the surrounding area and planted us a beautiful Areca Palm in it's place! AND the bill was exactly what he had quoted! He also gave some suggestion on some further landscaping that we may be doing! Thank you!

This was the worst lawn service I have ever used. Matthew did not communicate when services were missed. Lack of communication implies he does not value customers. When asked about making good on missed services already paid for, his response was “Lol you can try to find someone new if you don’t understand the Florida weather.” Quality was poor with missed sections of lawn and edging not done where needed. Highly recommend you find another provider and avoid this business.

Hi Jeff, I do very much value my customers, just like I value the safety of my employees and myself so that we can go home to our families every night. We outrun the storms to try to get ahead and mow in areas where it is not raining. I will not risk my staff or my equipment in torrential downpours. I do not recall missing and spots in your lawn, but i do follow the industry standard for edging which is not on every visit. I remember being very communicative with you as well. I think this review is harsh considering the situation.

Poor communication and no reliability, has no sense of professionalism with customers. In a nutshell, paid for 4 cuts a month. Last cut was on the 12th...on the 23rd he still didn't show up so we messaged him to see why he hasn't showed up yet and he gave us an attitude blaming it on florida weather, which is just not true as it rained maybe once or twice in the last 7 days. We paid for 4 cuts a month, you didn't come for an entire week and get mad at us for asking why? Highly suggest you take a different approach with communicating with your customers. Also he claims he's over booked so keep that in mind.

Hi Michael, our monthly contract reads “up to four cuts per month” not four cuts per month. Yes it is true we were behind because of the rain, I have no reason to lie to you. And we are over booked due to a shortage of laborers and commitments to clients that we have served for years. I apologize that my communication skills are not up to your standards- it can be challenging when you work in 90* + temps doing hard labor. I take pride in my work, I was born and raised here, and I do not want to upset my clients which I have worked hard to earn their trust. I wish you all the best in finding a new lawn service company who lives up to your expectations.
