  Our association uses superior for lawn and snow. In the summer they bring too large of equipment into our backyards and tear up the wet lawn leaving large muddy tire tracks, they turn on sprinklers and then forget to turn them off so they run for 48 hours until we can get someone to manually turn them off, and they refuse to do anything about the fact that all of our sprinklers water more or the street than our lawns. In the winter they bring a bobcat in to plow our streets and driveways. Except they don’t. They wait until we have all had to drive up and down our streets packing down the snow into a nice sheet of ice and then they take their bobcat and drive it up and down our driveways until that too is packed tire tracks. What snow they do move is piled on the edge of our driveways so that every time it snows our driveways get two feet longer and a foot narrower. They never come back to clean up this half done snow removal. I’ve lived in this development for 2 winters and have had to shovel after at least 4 snowstorms of 6+ inches because they didn’t show up or because, in the case of yesterday, they decided my driveways was not worth shoveling, but it was worth backing there bobcat in multiple times so that they could clear the neighbors’ and leave mine for me to do.

  We had a bad experience with the installation team. The owner reached out immediately to solve the issue on behalf of his team. We aren't perfect but these guys are certainly trying with all efforts. I would give them another chance and if you have an issue, give them a chance to fix it at the highest level.

  I have personally been to Superior Lawn & Landscape for the last 3 years and am always in awe with how beautiful their plants look and the selection they have! Every time I have been there their customer service has been spectacular and they have been able to answer all of my questions. I enjoy going to this greenhouse because they are honest with me regarding the plants I am looking at and are not just trying to make a sale. I would HIGHLY recommend.
