I ordered a chainsaw online, paid for it, then drove 2.5 hours after receiving an email saying it was ready for pick-up. When I got there, they told me they did not have my saw in stock, instead they brought me the older model of my chainsaw out as if it were the same thing.

I had hunted 20+ stores to make sure I could get this saw. Wish they would have at least told me they didn't have it, like all the other ones.

Staff is very helpful, but prices on tools and other small items seemed very high, although I must admit I was visiting from another state and not familiar with Alabama prices. Store is neat and clean, but none of the staff wore masks.

Good place to get parts that you need for your tractor or lawnmower. Good selection of Stihl products and the staff is usually very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I've had problems in the past with staff being rude, but the last time I was in here, those people no longer worked there. The current staff got me what I needed and were very helpful.

Loved the buying experience we got from Lee Collins.  2nd update 11/13/19:  Lee called and is letting us use another tractor while they fix ours!   Best customer service I've had in a long time!   Definitely will continue to do business with them!   UPDATE 11/13/19:  first off I want to say we are very happy with the customer service we've received but the tractor lasted about 3 hours before the alternator went out and now it's having to be taken back to the dealership to be fixed.   We made a special trip down to our farm here in Bama from Little Rock,  AR (a 7 hour drive) to have it delivered between 9 and 10 on Monday, the 11th.  The tractor got here about 2pm that day.  After talking with Lee and the delivery guy for about 45 mins we had about 3 hours to work some roads with the box blade we also purchased from them.   That evening we parked the tractor in our barn, made sure all the lights were off (since it was dark that was easy) and the tractor was in neutral and everything before cutting the engine.  The next morning we went over bright and early hoping to get a full 4 days of work in with it before Saturday when we were planning on heading home.   The tractor would not start,  called Lee and he came over promptly (thank you) after nothing worked he said to try on the phone.   Lee, myself, my father and a friend worked until dark Tuesday only to find out it wasn't the battery or fuses like we had hoped.  On Wenesday they sent a technician named John out to diagnose the problem and he determined it was a bad alternator...  now the tractor has to be picked back up and taken to the dealership for repair (after only 3 hours of work)!  This pretty much ruined my whole trip down here and cost me a week of vacation time I had taken off work.  So,  needless to say I'm very disappointed and I'm hoping we didn't get a lemon.  Once again,  the service we have received from Sunsouth has been top notch and I know they are doing all they can.  I'm just worried that if we're having these problems after only 3 hours of use what's going to happen in the future?   I understand it's under warranty but it's about the time lost that I'm most irritated about.  I will update this post again when I know we have a working tractor (John Deere 4052M).  We have bought 2 gators from this dealership as well and are very happy with them.  Also Guy is a great employee you guys have that helps us a lot.  I will update again once this issue is resolved and I really want to change my rating back to 5 stars.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experiences with SunSouth in Demopolis, AL.  We dealt personally with Mr. Arrington and Mr. Collins.  They both went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us.  Also, the "receptionist" and guys in the parts department made sure our needs were met.  There aren't enough words to express how WONDERFUL our experience was with this business!!!!

I did not get out because I had to bring someone to pick up a part..
