  We are new to the area and Sunset was recommended to us because they do work in our neighborhood. Everything seemed great until the job was "done". The walkway work was not completed as originally requested. We had a few minor fixes we wanted to at least discuss. We were met with absolutely no response or willingness to communicate. Numerous calls and texts went unanswered. The sales person, Paul, even went as far as to lie to us and say he didn't work for them anymore. Then we heard the owner said he didn't care to deal with it. It is unfortunate because we would have considered doing additional business with them if they were willing to fix the problems. Walkways are clearly not their thing, but they saw an opportunity to make a quick buck. We are sad and disappointed. Life goes on.

  Took a wrong turn needed to turn around
