So far they were helpful. I'm still waiting on the outcome of my chainsaw that I took to have service sense it has been sitting for many years. They said that it would take a week for the results. Just an update, they kept their word and it took a week and my chain saw works great. It would recommend this company to service your chainsaw.

Very unfriendly people. Went in to get a tire for my mower and it was like pulling teeth. None of the three people in there had a good attitude. Go to engine world or east coast mower instead.

Edit, per the comment below, I did go in a second time and gave a second chance. Will never be back. No one said good morning when I walked in, guy at the desk didn't even acknowledge me, lady at the desk was less than happy to even speak to me. I bought 3 blades and asked a question about getting the middle blade on and the lady told me " take the bolt out and put the new blade on and put the bolt back. Do you not know how to take bolts out?" Lololol. If that is their professional insight and knowledge that they stand behind, I think it speaks volumes. Terrible shop.
