    Chris came out, did a site survey. Then he said he’d have a bid in 4-5 days. Then he never gave us a bid. He doesn’t respond to calls or text. The business card said Chris Digirolamo is the owner. Such bad service and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

    Chris is great! Very responsive and helpful. We had a bad valve in our sprinkler system that was flooding our yard. We couldn’t get an appointment the same day, but he was kind enough to quickly come by and help get the system turned off until his guys could come out the next day to replace the valve. They’ll for sure have our business again.

    I had an extremely poor experience. We had to call them out multiple times after an extremely unprofessional install. As you can see below, the owner is trying to talk his way around it, but expected to be paid in full for work that he did not complete, or work that was found to be of sub-par craftsmanship after Chris claimed the project was complete. He complained about it every step of the way. They made a mess of my yard, sidewalk, and pool deck--left dirt piled everywhere and me to clean it up. He tried to bill me for work he did not complete because he underbid the contract and didn't want to lose any more money than he already had. The entire episode is basically me coming to the realization that Chris and his team cut corners to avoid having to professionally deal with his numerous and ongoing mistakes. We now have to take him to court for taking money for a job that was not completed--the full removal of the old sprinkler system, which Chris insisted was necessary for the install of the new system. There are still exposed cables running everywhere and dead sprinkler heads from the old system all over the yard. The compliments he's mentioning were early on, and from a cursory glance. The longer the job went on, the fewer the compliments became, until finally all goodwill was expired and I had to threaten them with legal action to get anything done. The 'many trips' he's referencing below are for all of the repairs to the system he installed, or the damage that was done to my property. We paid them for additional work, including concrete work, which I highly recommend you don't use them for--the entire project had to be ripped out and redone. The gate installation was apparently, at least according to his foreman, completed by an unlicensed contractor. There were several holes left in the wall of my home from the gate installation and the old sprinkler box removal. Chris initially came out w/ some time of bonding agent instead of stucco, and I had to make them come out and redo that job. They destroyed several of my plants during the installation and removal process, and I had to make them come out and fully remove those as well. Chris even screwed up buying us fake rocks. He didn't measure the stations he was trying to cover, so the rocks did not fit. He offered to go get different ones. We told him not even to bother. Additionally, there was the matter of some concrete work that he said needed to be done on the driveway, which they didn't do, but he still tried to bill me for. I highly recommend against using this company for any of your home or commercial construction projects. Edit Pay close attention to what he is claiming below. The extra work was him having to come out and install more sprinklers after multiple complaints that the yard was not fully covered, or repairing the damage they did to.my home or plants. They apparently consider it a discount if they have to return money for work they did not do. They were paid in full several weeks ago by the financing company, so the claim about not having an issue until it was to to pay them is an easily provable lie.

    Hey Brandon, we are saddened by your review of our services. We strive in every occasion to ensure our customers are happy with our installations. We did try on several occasions to handle your extra requests, but unfortunately we had to stick with our stated work after many visits for extra work. We didn't seem to have any issues, and received only compliments on our work, until it came time to complete payment. It appears we will have to part ways with a difference of opinion, as we cannot accommodate requests for discounts after project completion. We wish you the best, and appreciate the opportunity.
