  Very good sales people. Very good product selection and prices. They need more people working in the service department though. Brought in a Honda generator I had bought there, was told I had to leave it there for 5 months before anyone could even look at it. Took it to White Cap where it was fixed the next day.

  Good selection, nice people, but the wait for repairs is insane. They're the only authorized Honda warranty repair place on the east side of the island I know about so ... I guess I'm kinda stuck with them for warranty work. WhiteCap, about a mile or two away, is also overwhelmed with service requests but they do offer a waiting list so if you need use of your machine while waiting for service you can still have access to it. Still, they're a full service shop and great people.

  Excellent staff with both knowledgeable and courteous assistance. They go out of their way to explain about their products. They are not trying to 'make a bigger' sale. Even recommended a lesser powered, (and less expensive,) unit to fit my needs. Been dealing with both the owners daughter and Lehua. Will continue to go to them regularly. "Highly Recommended!" -Jay
