  Steve Myers Service has proven to me over the years that they truly care with their customer service. When I've had a breakdown, they have been unbelievable in getting any of my equipment back up and running quickly! (Very important to me).. Front service staff are always efficient and ready to help. The technicians/mechanics really know what they are doing, which is a major plus!! I've purchased small & large equipment and it has all done the job well. Equipment has to be reliable, be able to do the job, and at a reasonable cost. Steve Myers Service has met all 3 categories for me!! I recommend them to everyone! -Kevin Brogee Lima Lawn Care

  Awesome staff and gold standard awesome service. Caleb and his crew ALWAYS goes the extra mile. Loaner mowers, fast and knowledgeable service and genuine concern for the customer. When you buy a mower, be it commercial or residential, you will always need service. The staff at SMS has service down to a fine art. Absolutely the best!!
