  I had a emergency when my driveway was blocked by a tree. I called SOS and within a few hours they had a crew on site, cleaned up the tree and made it safe where my husband and I could get down the driveway safely. I might add that the office staff was very polite and the crew did such a great job.

  Never used their services and never will. Got a first hand experience with how little regard the employees have for private property and physical well being. Two of them pushed me out of my lane while driving and head on into oncoming traffic. Luckily I was able to avoid being hit but if this is the behavior of the staff I would not want them on my property for a job. Behavior when no one is looking generally transfers to routine behavior

  Snow removal, our town of Monrovia is under contract with SOS. several of our streets didnt get plowed. When they did come back they maybe did a single swipe and didnt clear the street. We had issues with SoS last year, but this year the owner came to the town board meeting and promised things will be different this year. Well that isnt the case, same bad service as last year.
