Friendly and informative,  my Honda mower was assembled and started prior to taking it home. Service you do not receive from those large stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Price was right in line with what you'll find anywhere.

I got here minutes before they closed, didn't faze them at all. The fella at the counter was cheerful, helpful and didn't care I was keeping him a bit late. He gave me honest advice even tho it would not have generated income for the business. He was honest about delivery time, which was greatly appreciated, thanks STLG!!

Best Lawn and Garden store in town Ive brought lots of my lawn equipment in for annual services and repairs for years and still do , The Service Dept and  the mechanics that work there are great If I was they're boss id give the whole service dept a raise :)

I won't do business here anymore, I moonlight as a small gas engine and equipment mechanic. I don't order parts everyday(most fixes just require a little attention to detail, some cleaning, and adjustments. I'm sure they don't want you to know that either!) However when they require parts I don't expect to be gouged $7.00 for shipping when they receive trucks with parts as part of their business. I'm not an attorney but I suspect that's borderline criminal. Imagine if 20 people a week ordered parts. That's 140.00 a week for shipping when those parts come on the truck for free. I do all my business through Woodstock Mower and chain now. Small local Ma & Pop store. I don't like being taken advantage of but I especially hate when someone treats me as though I'm stupid!

I am sorry that you feel that way. We do charge shipping on most special order non-stock parts orders, and we tell people at the time of order of that charge. Incoming freight is a huge expense for our company, amounting to approximately $50,000 per year. We do offset some of that with special order freight charges, but we come no where close to covering the total. We wish you all the best wherever you decide to shop.

I went in here a while back to purchase a weed trimmer after being fed up with cheap department store pieces of junk. I got exactly what I was looking for in the budget I had and my Echo has ran like a dream since. No pushing salesman, no gimmicks.  Recently I got a used Stihl blower and it didn’t run so I brought it in to the service department and Jason got it going in about 1 minute free of charge and offered good advice on how to maintain and keep the machine in good condition. These guys are the perfect example of customer service done right and they have my business for life. I would recommend them to anyone.
