That's the only place I buy chainsaws and the only place I would take them to get repaired and I own over 70 Stihl chainsaws and Laura is fantastic probably the best I've ever seen and and manager Tim fantastic guy.

Always a pleasure. The Stark Street staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have worked on several of my chainsaws and done a great job. My “go-to” saw shop while in Central Oregon.

I will start by saying I work for the forest service in the summer and on an arborist crew in the winter. So I know about basic saw maintenance, when I called about a question I had regarding an oil screw regulator, I was belittled and disrespected. I tried to explain I was just calling to find the oil regulator, and all Tim could do was belittle me on how it is normal for saws to leak oil and it’s probably because I don’t maintain or know about the equipment. Even if I had no experience running a saw people should not be talked down to and disrespected like that. Please try and gain some respect for people. After having been worked up, I cooled down for a bit and called back to speak with a manager about the employee and it turns out Tim is the manager(or said he was). I honestly have no idea how you can operate a business if that is how you treat people. He did apologize so I will give him credit for that. Also I rarely write reviews but I felt this case needed to be addressed.
