  Bought a TheratouchPro Massager at Houston Nut Cracker Show last year. After 3 months I have only used three times and the unit didn't power-on. So, I called and the lady on the phone, name Kim Elliot had told me to send back the unit. And so I did sent back on Jan 31,2019 with UPS the next day. After a week, I haven't had a single call from them, and I have made several calls in and put a voice mail with my contact number but no reply from anyone. I don't want my money back but just to replace the unit. I hope someone will see this and join other folks here in frustrations. It is a shame that I have made this purchased and will be careful and lesson learn. :(

  This company is terrible. DO NOT purchase any products from this company. The quality of the products they are selling are VERY POOR, but the price is WAY OVERCHARGED compared with the quality. Plus the OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS NOT PROFEESIONAL AT ALL. STAY AWAY FORM STAFFENT ENTERPRISED LOCATED IN AUBREY, TEXAS
