  I originally left two stars due to shipping delay and poor communication. However, once I was able to get someone on the phone, the company did offer a partial refund on my overnight shipping fee. They did apologize for the delay and I completely understand FedEx is at fault and not them. That being said, the unit I ordered was exactly what I needed and works beautifully. Will do business with them again. Thank you!

  I can't say enough about them. I own an irrigation company and have started going to them instead of my other supplier. The staff there are fantastic. The ladies and guys in the office are always so welcoming and they greet you with a smile. Their customer service over the phone and internet is just as good, and the shipping is always quick.

  Excellent customer service last February during the Houston Ice Storm. Only place ANYWHERE (and I mean anywhere, my parents in California looked and my sister in Florida looked. Apparently the big chain stores had sent their parts to Texas) that had the parts I needed to fix my frozen and burst pipes. I also got an insulated backflow bag, that turned out to be to small. I live over an hour away from their location, so I kept thinking, when I'm in the area, I'll exchange it. Well, almost a year later, I'm here and they allowed me to exchange the bag for a larger one. WAY, WAY past the normal exchange policy time frame. Thank You!!
