  I was disappointed in my experience with Sprinkler Master. They missed their first scheduled appointment window by 6 hours and I had to reach out to reschedule. They also missed the next appointment but called to reschedule. The next appointment he was on time but the guy who came seemed to be in a rush. All we wanted was them to winterize our sprinkler system. He didn’t seem interested in answering our questions or listening to our concerns about what service we were requesting. He spent 5 min with us and told us he couldn’t do the job, charged us the hourly rate and left quickly. Because it was such a whirlwind, after a few minutes of him being gone, we realized he was looking in the wrong place and called him to back to complete the job. He came back, we were able to address the miscommunication and they were able to complete the job. He then wanted to charge us the hourly rate again. He was understanding enough to give us a discount after expressing our frustrations but we should not have been charged again. He was in a rush, didn’t take the time to understand what he was here to do and tried to make us pay double the rate we were expecting. We will not be using this company in any capacity in the future.

  Sprinkler Master has to be the best sprinkler company ever!! I have never had so much care and genuine help understanding my system. I wanted them to come change all of my heads, and they were able to make everything work with only changing a couple. LOVE how they were not interested in taking advantage of me and actually wanted to save me money! Thank you!!

  Sprinkler Master repair is unreliable and unprofessional. I had an appointment with them for a time from 4pm to 7pm, and I waited three hours and they never showed, and never called. When I reached out to them to find out what happened, I was told the technician went to my house but couldn't reach it because of "the construction". I honestly have no idea what he's talking about, as there is no construction by my house that would have impeded access in any way, but even more disturbing is that he just decided to abandon the appointment. No attempt was made to contact me or inform me, to confirm the address, or anything. Sprinkler Master wasn't even apologetic about standing me up. There are other options in Ogden for sprinkler repair. I would highly recommend contacting them and using them, as Sprinkler Master is terrible.
