  I prepaid for services in 2021 and received all the services I paid for. I was not planning on using them again this year due to possibly selling and moving. I was surprised when I came home to a sign in my yard and a bill on my door today. I called and spoke with some one who said they automatically renew the services every year the call was then suddenly disconnected. I then reviewed the emails I have received and didn’t see anything about a auto renewal. My online account also did not show anything about a auto renewal but was setup to be notified prior to services being completed and I received no such email today. I called in again and was told they automatically renew services when you sign up. I told them to cancel the services. We will see if they actually cancel the services I didn’t order and remove the charges. I am very disappointed and angry with what happened.

  Tyrell Johnson was our technician who came to our house on Tuesday, 10/05/21. My wife said he did a great job, was very professional & answered any questions she had> I have used Spring Touch now for the last 5 years and they have always done a great job with making my lawn look really good. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company to service their lawn as I have recommended them to several of my neighbors who were not happy with other lawn services as they do a great job.

  This season I wasn't sure what to do about mosquitos. I had used a company in the past and still had a lot of mosquito activity. I realize that it will never be 100% relief, however, for the amount we paid for the season last year I wondered if there was something else we could try or research. I bought a "do it yourself" application and it was not a smooth experience - nor was it effective! I decided that a professional service was still my best bet. On a community facebook page I follow, another member posted that Spring Touch had been their answer to mosquitos for the past 3 years. I decided that with the amount of time we would be spending outside, to call and find out more information. I had a great conversation with Logan and was given a competitive price for the remainder of the season. They squeezed me into their schedule for the following week. We have a lot of trees, shrubs, and a large weedy area further out in our backyard. We have an upper deck, lower patio, and pool; so it's nice to entertain without having guests spray down with bug spray, etc. The first weekend it was still quite uncomfortable with mosquitos so I decided to call and just ask if they recommended something different for the next application or overall tips. I told Michael I was concerned because I was hosting my husband's birthday party outside over the weekend. They literally made it a priority to put me back on the schedule for one more spray ( Friday) before my event. The party on Saturday was great. Our guests were able to enjoy the outside and I did not get swarmed by mosquitos. Of course we saw a couple, but nothing like we normally have flying around. I think Spring Touch will be a good fit for us. Perhaps you will need to request an additional spray after your initial one, but if that's the case, they will gladly make it happen. I highly recommend them and am currently trying to get my neighbors (the ones at the party noticed our bug free environment) to join in because the larger a mosquito defense perimeter the better for us all! I highly recommend giving them a call. Ask about their specials and their service. They will partner with you and listen to your feedback. Also, I think it helped that I was not impolite or unreasonable with my expectations. I simply told them my circumstances and they listened and we came up with a plan. I am glad I found Spring Touch.
