Jonny an the employee's there are awesome to work with. I purchased two husky saws an learned a book of knowledge. They have earned my business from now on. Great bunch of people. I highly recommend them for all your saw an mower needs

I purchased 3 Husquvarnia products from this place. A snow blower, a battery powered weed cutter and a $5000 450x Automower. The weed cutter was already out of production (I was never informed of this by dealer) no replacement parts for it are available not even the string trimmer head! In 2 years of lite Occasional use, the charging station and battery pack were replaced within the first 6 weeks. Charging station has quit again with no replacement available $500 down the drain. The 450x Automower has had Continuous problems which since new. Returned for repairs 7 times to Spring Hill repairs have taken 3-4 weeks each time. I need it repaired again and I can’t even get to talk to the stores owner / Automow repair technician about fixing it. I have called three different days asking to speak to the Owner/ repair person. He wouldn’t take my call, same excuse each time “he’s with a costumer” I leave my number and ask each time for a return call so I could make appointment. 7days after my first call I still haven’t heard back from them. I contacted Husqvarna USA directly to inquire about getting my mower serviced the reply was all dealers are independent and they have no control over them If you must buy Husqvarna products avoid Springhill completely

Are you ashamed to use your real name? You need to tell the truth. You were told to bring your Automower in as you were informed to three weeks ago as you said you "wanted to bring it in for winter service". Did you forget when you changed out the rear wheels and brought it in complaining a wheel motor had gone bad and the problem was you did not torque the wheel nuts so the wheel had no choice but to slip.
