  When I bought my home, my lawn was a bit of a mess with crabgrass and unwanted weeds, etc. The service at Spring-Green has been super exceptional. They have my lawn looking top notch and so much better than when I bought the home two years ago. I can't recommend them enough!!

  I have had Spring-Green services for many years and, considering the vagaries of trying to keep up with all lawn issues (e.g., bugs, weather problems, soil isssues, disease, etc.), no matter what the issue, these Spring-Green professionals know what they are doing and they are truly "committed" to quality, customer service and satisfaction, and ensuring you have a great lawn! NOW...I have another property where I rely on TruGreen for my lawn care (it is at a location where Spring-Green service is not available, but I wish it was)...and let me just say, after more than 5 years with TruGreen, and buckets of money, I have yet to see a lawn that comes close to what Spring-Green has provided year after year. In fact, I may take TruGreen on in some legal action...the condition of my lawn further south is that bad and progress for improvement has not been made...despite TruGreen assurances! You want good lawn service?...go with Spring-Green!!! My neighbors often ask me who does our lawn here in Northern Virginia, and I proudly say Spring-Green!

  So far, so good. We're into our second year with Spring Green. Our lawn, which had been assessed as being about 90% weeds, is now much fuller and healthier. We now - already - have mostly grass. We also had a very large dead and bare area of hard dirt under a tree. Under Spring Green's direction, I prepared the area and they over-seeded it - it's not more full of grass than it has ever been in our 10 years in our house. So the results are definitely strong and good. Also, they did no pressure or over-sell me. We didn't have to sign up for a year of service (though we took a leap of faith and did that) - we could try them for a few visits. I'm glad we signed up for a full year because, until this spring, they appeared to have managed to kill large parts of our lawn (remember, it was mostly weeds...). But this spring - wow! They also set realistic expectations. They told me it would be 4-5 seasons - years - before they really recovered our lawn from its previous condition. No promises of miracles. And, when I need to change a scheduled service or ask for something special, they are very responsive. I recommend buying a full year of service - you get a discount over paying per-visit. I also strongly recommend that you pay for core aeration. It did wonders for our yard. Barring something changing for the worse I fully expect to remain a Spring Green customer.
