No place to recycle plastic shopping bags. Attendants allow recyclable waste to go into the landfill. Items in good condition, including clean furniture & lumber which should go to Goodwill or the Habitat store are allowed to be dumped. Attendants very lax about mask wearing.

Guys are very helpful and the location is convenient. Beats paying for trash service!

Would not let me dispose of my trash. He kept saying no you need a sticker but he didn't offer information of how to. Just said "read the sign, read the sign". This must be new as i've been using it for years. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Anyone know where a spotsy resident is allowed to throw their trash away?

Well organized, easy to maneuver, friendly, helpful staff

Sometimes it is busy.. but it keeps on moving.. everyone who works there are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.. the recycling is fantastic.. there's a section for leaves and grass,  trees and shrubs.. metal and treated wood.. even paint,  lawn mowers and tires and refrigerators.. a one stop shops for unloading your trash and even a goodwill drop off with someone who can help you..

Would not let me dump 2 bags cuz I did not have some decal that I did not know I needed. Told me it has been in the newspaper and on radio. I dont read the newspaper or listen to the radio. This was my first time going to the dump.

As far as dumps go, this was pretty good. It was pretty crowded, and lack of traffic control (despite obvious lanes and markings) made it a little unsafe to unload our vehicle; you can feel the real risk of getting hit by another resident with all the hussle-n-bustle.

But, everything else was great. Easy access to the containers, clear labelling, central location in the area, and they have attendants right by the containers who can help if you have a question.

And yes, they do accept mattresses and box springs.

You can dump so many things without charge that other countries I’ve lived in charged for. I’m pretty satisfied with the services our taxes provide in this county. When the convenience sites aren’t busy the attendants always help me unload my household waste and the employees at the big dump are always are happy to answer my questions or provide assistance. The dumps, parks, animal control, every county service I’ve ever used has exceeded expectations.

This place is in a very convenient location.

The place is a really big dump! Badump Shhhh!  But seriously, yeah they are good and if you got questions employees there are very friendly
