I have been in contact with my community’s management company for 4 months now, in order to get Spasato to mulch my unit and remove a dead bush. They skipped my unit when they mulched the rest of the community. Numerous emails and promises from them that they would take care of it, but they never have. I finally put mulch down myself, and I guess I will have to hire someone to remove the dead bush or just live with it. I’m not sure why my HOA fees are so high when this is what I get. People in my community have been complaining about Spasato since we moved here, and now I see why.

In which community do you live? We don't 'skip units' unless instructed to do so by Property Management. We'd love the opportunity to address this situation and uphold our high standard of service of which we are quite proud.

we paid almost 6k to have them hydro seed our lawn due to pole barn and new septic install. now we have a lawn of crab grass and weeds. no follow up from anyone about lawn care. no call backs so far. basically no follow thru to ensure customer satisfaction. found out after job was done it was hydro mulched and drill seeded and almost all the new grass died even though we watered daily. would not use again. they take your money and run! New update from Sposato. Bob Mielke came to my home and talked to my wife and I. He did admit that there was not all most 6 thousand dollars worth of grass and work. He stated what he was going to do to correct the issues. I sent him 2 emails now requesting that he put down in writing what he said he was going to do. I have not heard from him since. No phone calls or emails. He did blame the fact that we did not set up the maintenance service. What Maintenance service? My wife had to call them just to ask how often we should water the grass that never came through. I call the company again today and left a message for Tony Sposato to call me. I will continue to update every one with the out come. So far the company took our money, left a big mess that we had to clean up and a lawn that grass never took. So far Sposato and Bob Milelke has proven that the company don't care about its customers and there money.

Sposato Landscape Co. takes care of the yard maintenance in our community. They do a very poor job. They often miss a week of mowing. The edging is done very poorly missing areas or not edging at all. The blowing of the grass trimmings is not done at all most of the time. Every time they do our yard work I have redo the edging and blowing.
