  This company has impressed me from Ashley when I called to ask about their service to Dave who came out to service our home. Both of them were highly professional and truly concerned that they had answered all of my questions and my issues. When Dave was at my house he took his time to ensure every spot was treated and all spider webs were removed. He was so friendly and highly knowledgeable about his job. He made it a wonderful experience and I look forward to continuing doing busy with Spencer Pest Service. The whole company is just impressive and so nice! They truly are concerned that you are satisfied with their Service that they do a follow-up call after your technician has been out to your house to ensure you are satisfied with their service. You just don't see this type of service anymore and it is so refreshing!!!!!

  We love working with Spencer Pest and love how quickly they respond and send someone over. Our service tech is Patrick and he is phenomenal! He's friendly, he takes the time to explain what he’s using and where he will be spraying. He also goes above and beyond and shares tips on how to maintain and prevent bug intrusion! Highly recommend using Spencer Pest, I’m sure all of their service techs are great but I would definitely ask for Patrick!

  Chance and Daniel both showed the utmost professionalism and were incredible to work with. Decided on the service on the spot and the technician came out early the next morning and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended to any and all looking for a high quality company to service their home.
