I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The owner Jay along with Briggs and Stratton got my warranty repair work done quick and with great customer service after feeling like Lowes and Alt Equipment scammed me out of almost $200. They will be getting all of my lawn equipment servicing in the future regardless of the fact they are in another town.

can't rate this place because I'm STILL waiting on my mower to even get looked at after being there a Month! was told last week it was going into shop that day. called 9 days later and was told it's not in the shop yet cause the mechanic "left" for a few days.?????

Mr. Garrison, You mower was looked at and we had a throttle shaft on order for you. that's is why it was running wide open. Those shafts were on backorder. We could have ordered you a complete carburetor @ $100 or wait for a $4 shaft to come in. I apologize that you did not get the message. That shaft has now come in, and has been installed. Your unit should come home tomorrow. Sorry for the delay, these engines that are made overseas are sometimes hard to get parts for.

Dependable service. I take all my power equipment for service or repairs. Right now they're backed up for riding mower service or repairs. Still a reputable business though.

My mom and I have been using Specialty Services for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service we have received. If they find other issues with your product, they make sure to call you to let you know what's going on before they fix anything. There is no other place like Specialty in Warner Robins and I appreciate what they do for their customers.

They got my mower back in tip top shape in just a few days.  Their prices are fair,  and they explained exactly what they did.  I'll be back after mowing season for another tune up.

I brought a Dewalt 745 planner to Speciality Services Unlimited in spring of 2020.  I was informed it would take a short time to get it fixed.  After several months I called about it’s status.  I was told they were waiting on parts to come in.  The next time I called someone said they had to order the parts.  I kept getting a run around.  They never called me once to inform me on the repair status of the planner.  I called several more times before I was told when the planner may be fixed.  They called on November 20 and said it was ready for pickup.  The only thing the planner needed was a belt.  I think it is ridiculous that it took so long to fix the planner.  I would not recommend bringing a Dewalt tool for repair to this company if you need it back in a timely manner.

Mr. Fussell, I understand your frustrations, I share them. Parts have gotten harder and harder to get during the pandemic. I apologise that it took so long to get the planner repaired. We are a small engine repair shop, and I agreed to work on DeWalt handheld products... If I could have gotten the belt in a few days I would have fixed it in a few days... I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. We try our very best, but unfortunately we don't control the distribution of parts.

Great locally owned business that has been around for many years. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and will help you as much as they can. If they don't have what you need they will tell you where to get it. I went in today and got a blade sharpened and got 5 gaskets and was out in less than 10 minutes

The shroud on my riding lawnmower had a dent it it and the blade was hitting it and I also told them the belt kept coming off. They pick It up a month later drop it off the belt is still coming off and the blade is still hitting the shroud..

Update

Contacted Jay Taylor using the information he left in the comments around two months ago he agreed to fix it by ordering a new deck plate that I will pay for. He says he placed it on order I called once a week for the past two months and every time it’s the same answer it’s on back order... So I give up.. And please if your reading this just save yourself a headache and avoid this place.

The are the only Briggs and Stratton warranty shop around. They have a lot of work and are a great service to people with very used equipment.  My generator problem was new to them and it took a good while but it is fixed.

Mr. Brown, sorry it took so long, I am glad we got it fixed and your generator is back up and running!
