Two years ago we switched from our lawn care provider to Precision Law Care, now known as Sparrow. The results are remarkable. We had used three other local providers and were just not satisfied. They just came and put fertilizer on and never examined the condition of the lawn or addressed any issues they may have recognized. It is safe to say that I was disgusted so I turned to Sparrow. The owner, Mark, met with me and listened to my expectations. He never was pushy on selling treatments but spent time explaining what they could do. Tim is my main man and always inquires as to the availability to provide a treatment. Great employee, in fact you would think he owned the company. Anyway the results are great. Because of their preparation my lawn has withstood the summer dry conditions and looks as good as it did in May. Consider using their services, you won’t be disappointed. I tried to share a picture but won’t allow me to do so

They had been instructed to stay off my backyard planted in wild flowers and clover for the local wildlife. They mowed and sprayed killing it. As a result hired them to seed in grass. Waited two years and they have not done. Backyard is on a hill so soil erosion has occurred as a result. My lawn is worse now having them do my lawn care. Even had unprofessional conduct by their employees on my camera system. Would highly recommend not using them.

This is a mixed review on Precision Landscaping in Eleroy, IL. We used their lawn mowing services for several years (and they were good), but this year seem to be a real struggle for them. They mowed two properties for us, and one was for an 82-year old man with his wife being in a nursing home. Our primary concern was to ensure he got mowed so that he could handle his wife. In mid-June, his crew showed up, and he had mowed the week before (he was on every other week). We were there when they showed up as we were on our way to the nursing home to meet with hospice. We reminded the driver that this account was every other week. The driver got angry, slammed his door, and left to mow our lawn. Shortly thereafter, we got a text from the Owner Mark Diddens that he would not mow for the elderly man and for us. Yes, no good deed goes unpunished. We were shocked by the behavior and asked that he give us time to find someone else. Needless to say, that was challenging mid-season. Our elderly friend was extremely upset and had a meltdown. The staff at the nursing home did everything they could to get us a lawn mowing service. Even relatives of patients joined in. Thank you to everyone who helped us out. Please know how grateful we are to you. And, please know how extremely disappointed we were in Mark and the team at Precision Landscaping. This behavior is unacceptable, and please understand that when customers SIGN a "Statement of Work" for a defined time-frame (i.e., the ENTIRE season), they expect you to honor that commitment. Both of us SIGNED the document, paid you regularly (even when bills didn't arrive), and respected the relationship that we once had.
