  Southern Pride, is on the spot. I called got quick on-site estimate, and great prices. They do the research and found the best prices out there for my plants. The service is great, highly recommend!

  No pride. Very unprofessional. Was lied to & mistreated. Originally seemed nice & responsive. Turns out they never did the in person visit like they said they did. The yard was high due to being out of town for a month. I saw when they showed up & stopped in front of the house, on the schedule day, in the morning, as discussed, but then they drove away. Less than a minute from that, I tried to call, only to go straight to voicemail(Blocked). I used my 2nd phone(work phone) & it rang like normal & quickly answered by the same seemingly nice person I had talked before(he didn’t recognize this #). When I said who I was, he explained that it must be a mistake & also to that wasn’t him that had stopped in front of my house. He has a black truck with white inclosed trailer & the one that stopped was a white truck with white inclosed trailer. 1st of all, small inclosed trailers are not that common in landscaping. Suspicious but. At this point I’m told that they are behind & will be stopping by between 1 & 2pm, now. At 3:30pm I call to check on things, to find that both my phones are blocked. When I use *67(to show up as an unknown caller), surprise surprise I get an answer. Staying nice, respectful, & even understanding/still leaving room for the benefit of the doubt, I ask if the time line to come out has changed. He ask who I am & when I say my 1st name, he hangs up. I call back again using *67, he answers and say the drop call was an accident but explains how he is not the person i’v been talking to(same sounding voice & #). Says he works with the guy with the black truck & he is the one that stopped by that morning with the white truck. Also he is the partner of the other guy who has somehow left his phone with him after they meet up & that the original guy has no way to communicate until after 4:30pm when they meet up again. He goes on the tell me that he will not hold to the $65 quote & that I should get someone else before ever saying an alternative. When I insisted to discuss why all this had happened & why I had been lied to throughout the process, unnecessarily, he then said that he is actually the owner, that he is sorry & will talk to his employee but thinks it best if I find someone else. I mentioned, how is talking to a(real or made up employee/didn’t actually say this) & dismissing me supposed to making things right after all the things I had dealt with up to this point(at no fault of my own)? He then says that his partner(the one that supposedly doesn’t have a way to communicate, especially one that shows up under his name) is trying to call & said he would answer his call to review & have his 4:30pm meeting & get back with me to fix it. I have not heard anything. Surprisingly my # was unblocked since that conversation but no responses to calls or text to since. Now I’m supposed to start the process over with someone else who has to schedule a real visit/quote & then schedule to do the work, all because Southern Pride Landscaping doesn’t want to be professional & treat people with respect by keeping their word when they say they are going to visit for a quote or show up or call back after a work meeting. Also noticed that all three of their google reviews(5star) came at the same time, a month ago. Makes u wonder the integrity of how they were solicited. These guys don’t deserve to use the name Southern Pride. Southern Pride should stand for something but these guys are a disgrace & an embarrassment to the Southern name. Show ur pride & represent the south by the way u treat people & by doing what u say.

  I have been using this company for a while now. They have never disappointed me. Always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Prices are reasonable and they are very professional!!
