  We had hardscaping done for a tune of $30,000 the retaining walls drainage fire pit sod and mulch. The workers did a great job in a timely manner. However, after the first hard rain our fire pit area is retaining water. The work is supposed to be guaranteed. After several contacts with our sales person asking when they would come to repair and also leaving messages for Patrick (one of the owners) We still have not received a response. This has been an issue since October of last year. We were planning on using them for planting trees and shrubs but now having doubts if they don’t care about honoring their warranty.

  Hi Susan. We apologize for the mis-communication and please know that we absolutely guarantee our work. It was our understanding that the corrections were going to be made in the 2nd phase of your project and that was the reason for the delay. Regardless, you are scheduled for the repair work next week and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything.
