  True Value has been my go to for my hardware needs for 30 years. After visiting the Wilburton, OK location on Nov 28th 2020, I can say with certainty that I will never step foot in another True Value. Out of the 8 employees on the floor not a single employee had a mask on, it was a total disregard for human life. I came up here to do a complete remodel of a home that’s been torn down to the studs, it needs an entirely new plumbing and electrical systems among other things. For management’s ineptitude, I will be taking my pile of coffers to Ace Hardware or Lowe’s in Mcalister to get what I require. Management should review their mask policy as it’s costing them a significant amount of sales.

  Hard to beat a solid hardware that keeps level prices and great attitudes. Did I tell you, they're dog friendly ? Well organized. My kind of place ! Get er did !
