Poor service. Kept mower over a month said a part was on back order. Not true. We were able to order the part and got it in just a few days. Do not recommend this business. Rude service and takes forever to get your mower back. Will

I called them to see if they would work on my grandson's go-kart.They said they wouldAnd to bring it up there.It was under warranty and so they were going to do it under the warranty.I carried it to them and after 2 weeks I called on a Wednesday and they hadn't got to it and said they'll get to it Thursday or Friday.They told me that if somebody had bought a mower or equipment that was bought from them and was brought up there they would put them to the front of the line and fix their stuff first I thought it was supposed to be first come first serve.But I was okay with this.But after another 3 weeks I went up there and they haven't even started on it.So I told them just to load it up on my truck I'm taking it back home.All it is a simple carburetor adjustment I didn't want to void the warranty on it by doing it myself.

Southeast Mower was very helpful in getting my pressure washer not only repaired but also got the parts warrantied after I was told some where else that they would not. It took some time to get the manufacturer on board but through the relentless work of the staff it got accomplished. I had a very good experience and will continue to take my business to them.

Disappointing Service!!!
Called Wednesday 6/26/19 about my $10,000.00 Dixie Chopper having major problem. Told they could pick it up Friday 6/28/19 - was happy to hear this - and that they would call before pickup.  Friday afternoon I went outside and noticed Dixie Chopper missing - was ready to call police to report theft but decided to check to see if Southeast Mower had it.  They put me on hold to check and sure enough they took it without even calling or ringing doorbell to let me know. First irritation! Called on Tuesday, 7/2/19, to see if they had diagnosed the problem and estimated cost of repairs. Again put on hold, when she returned to phone she told me that they have not looked at it  but will in the next day or so and call me. Second irritation! Today, Monday, 7/8/19, called again to see the progress on my mower; as now my yard grass is approaching a foot tall  in some places (2 acres to mow) only to be told that they still have not even looked at my mower!!!! Third irritating experience.  They were sure willing to jump through the hoops to sell me on their $10,000.00 mower but this type of service is really an eye opener. Has anyone else out there received such poor service - lack of service, no phone call updates, etc....???? If so, have you found another reputable place to have your lawn mowers serviced at???

My husband and I bought a mower from Southeast on July 30th. By August 2, after cutting our first lawn it had trouble. We drove it back to your dealership that Saturday to find out that it had two thrown tie rods and a blown cylinder all caused by a factory spring not being set. Although we appreciate being pushed to the front of the service line, which your front desk girl very rudely made sure to tell us, we should not have to be getting a mower with less than an hour on it serviced.

Our mower now is technically, re-furbished with being paid for new. Also to add the extra hours on the mower that the shop has put on it, and it has not cut one full yard. We also ordered a bagger for it. Was told it would be in the Friday after we bought it. Even paid extra for shipping, to find out Saturday it had not arrived because it was not ordered.

Tod, personally said he would bring us the mower with the bagger once it was done to our home in Douglas and was very apologetic. But yet again, your front desk girl intervened. When we called to check on everything she was very rude. Made sure to let us know this was all our fault. Told us it wasn't worth paying a driver to bring us the mower, but yet we spent $6,000 on a broken mower that you sold us. Told us, "Well no one told you to come to Waycross to buy a mower" Again, I'm surprised that she is discouraging out of town business seeing as Waycross is a metropolis of a town. Also to find out that it was ready and we COULD have picked it up, but no one called us. So again, our fault.

We have been patient with them waiting for them to make it right and stick by your products and service and that has yet to happen. This whole process has been the worst experience. We have spent hours on the phone with corporate, which they have been less helpful than your lovely front desk girl if you can believe it. Was informed most big dealers have a 30-day return policy, we would like to return all the items.

As I said, we were willing to work with them, but paying full price for a busted mower just isn't fair nor ethical. It was not your fault that it was a factory issue, but you do have the means and the tools to resolve this.

I bought a chain saw about two months ago. Management and service staffs were very knowledgeable and helpful. The sale price of the saw was also less than other competitors. I return the saw today because the chain came off and was damaged. Management replaced the chain without charge and service department took great steps to provide in-service on the particulars of chain bar and recommend tension. Will highly recommend them and go back to service and buy other equipment.

Went there on a Monday for a SIMPLE belt and blade change, got told it would be ready for pick up on Thursday. Thursday I get there only to be told that it isn't done, and it wouldn't be done any time soon, that their commercial customers had priority and that my machine would just sit there until they were "good and ready to work on it", and that they catered to the commercial accounts always and the cash customers can go elsewhere.  I will NEVER go there again, the Manager was extremely RUDE and unpleasant, and doesn't deserve to be a Manager!!

I bought my zero-turn there 5 years ago had no problems with it great service. You got a problem you just called them they answer it. As it breaks you care to him they fix it they don't charge you on one leg.

Bought a push mower there a few years ago. And have been buying my replacement blades there. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
