  If I could show a no star review I would do that. My brother in law called, spoke with the sales manager. He told him exactly what it was that he wanted. The sales manager offered him financing and told him that he would give him a good deal. So my brother in law and Mom drive an hour to get there, they waited 2 hours in the parking lot for him to return from lunch because he wanted to deal with the man that had helped him on the phone. When they finally got to talk with the sales manager that he spoke to on the phone, none of the offers were made to him like they were on the phone. This sale was a $15,000 sale. My BIL offered to put a 50% down payment on it. They wouldn’t accept. Then he offered to pay $14,000 and finance $1,000. No deal. They wouldn’t offer any financing of any kind to him. All because he is a black man, with a scar on his neck. I’m sure the judgment was along the lines of “thug” or “drug dealer” or something to that effect. On the phone, he sounds like a red neck white man and was offered the world as far as deals, but wouldn’t offer anything once he showed up as a black man. Now I know you are probably thinking I’m just blowing this out of proportion and making this experience a racial issue. I’m not exaggerating any of this and I am a white woman. To have stood beside him, listened to the conversations on the phone and Mom having gone with him to witness it all in person, first hand, I can say I was appalled at the treatment he received. Embarrassed that this white man was making a snap judgment based on the color of someone’s skin. A person of my own race. I, and my family will never do business with this company again, at any of their locations. This is not how you treat customers and expect a return visit. And to let you know what a nice guy, my Black BIL is, he purchased the item he wanted, regardless of the treatment he endured. I’d say he stood tall and was the bigger man. By the way, false advertisement is illegal. You might want to consider that for the future!

  Poor service. Would not finace 1000$ . sales manager did nothing to help with prive even though i had eight times what they require for down payment. First time i visited i sat there waiting for 15mins just to be given a card and sayimg there was no service rep.came back waited around for 30 mins. The customers where more helpful. Had 14000$ john Deer wojld not finace 1000$ . billion dollar corporation really proved little people dont matter.
