  Soto’s Lawn Care were trimming our mangroves out back of our condo. They were just dropped off. They took their break sleeping and playing on phones all laying down. This is an invasion of privacy and not acceptable. We talked to the owner Mr. Soto when he showed up. He was so very nasty. Mr. Soto said they will behave any way they like on our property while employed by us. This is he exact opposite of what is just. The customer is always right and should be able to say how things are done with a company they are paying. Mr. Soto’s words, action, and attitude were apalling.

  We are sorry that you feel we have invaded your privacy. These men work very hard in the hot Sun. They are entitled to a lunch break by law. To ensure the work is done in a timely manner they stay at the work site during lunch. They were not dropped off each crew is provided with a truck enabling them to go job to job. We have been trimming the mangoes behind the condo's for a number of years now with no other complaints. Please contact your property manager if you are unhappy with the service we are providing

  I have called twice and left messages to call me to have a tree trimmed a week ago and no one has bothered to call me back. I have since reached out to another company.
