  Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude & very impatient. Was told he would not rent to our tree business because he called while we were doing a job and because we don’t answer to his beck and call we don’t cooperate with communication. We returned the phone call when we were not in the tree anymore. We told him before we picked up the lift how long we needed it for and had it in right on time. Doesn’t want business that much when this is how he treats customers that have rented from him for a year. He also tried to DOUBLE charge us for a rental we had already previously paid for that he claimed we never paid. We kept our copy of the receipt.

  Ive used Sorensons many times and they are all honest people. It's nice to have someone that does rentals like this in the Hutchinson area. I always recommend them.
