  I ordered a product from them and originally it was on backorder which was fine. I then checked on my order 2 weeks later with their automated order tracker which said it complete and my credit had been charged. I even had a tracking number but when I checked the tracking number it had no shipping updates. I sent an email to the company asking for a order status. They responded with a very condescending reply stating that it was on backorder and they copied the original backorder statement from the email I had received 2 weeks ago, twice. It is not the end of the world but if a simple email to check order status is that much of a bother for them then I will take my business elsewhere. Plus who charges your credit card when they have not shipped the item and had not idea the date they expected to ship it?

  Purchased pest control concentrate for trees on my property. Item wasn't in stock at my local store but they directed me to the website where it was easy to order, had free shipping, and arrived in 3 days. Have shopped at the local store previously and also had great experience. Well organized and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Highly recommend.
