  While Jonathan Snyder and his associates worked very hard and were most capable, he has not returned my phone calls for the past two years regarding problems with some of the trees that he planted. All three of our Colorado Blue Spruces are afflicted with a disease which is killing their inner and lower branches and will eventually kill the trees which are prominent in our front yard. By our little pond he put in, the 3 Hemlocks are being attacked by the Hemlock Wooly Adelgid which will eventually kill them. I have been trying to reach Jonathan for 2 years to discuss this with him (and have him clean our pond), but I guess we aren’t a big enough job for him to consider anymore. Very disappointing.
