  They did an excellent job fixing my snowblower... only problem is it took multiple calls and 5 weeks when they said 2 weeks. We received a lot of snow over that 5 weeks so guessing they were pushing snow for contracted customers and warranty work and placing me last. Not happy won't be going back. A suggestion for them would be keep your customers in the loop and call them weekly with updates.

  Snowbusters provided our Snow Removal for approximately three years now. They tended to get our snow removal done very late but when they did get to it they did a good job. This year we requested their service again and they never responded. My wife called repeatedly to get the service set-up and they never responded. Being a fairly longer term customer it has been really frustrating that they seem to have abandoned us. It is fine if they no longer won't to provide the service in our area but it is really bad they won't communicate that.

  I brought in my cub cadet for a vibration in the cutting-deck. The vibration was fixed. Staff was excellent personally and mechanically. Five stars!
