I am a disabled person ,my dad passed away last February, his snapper riding mower was left outdoors i wanted to see if it was fixable so I left with them with a 100 dollar deposit so they would check it out and thay would call me and tell me what it needs to be fixed. i called them a week later and they told me it was fixed and it was 280 dollars. When i went to pick it up Tracy said it was $280 more plus the $100. No one at snapper called and said it was going to cost an additional $100, I never authorized any repairs. Tracy treated me very disrespectful.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced everyone is rude that I came in contact with. I had a zero turn to get the arm brake fixed and my belt keeps breaking & I wanted that fixed as well they only did the arm brake. I will never be going back & do not recommend.

I dropped my Troy-bilt mower off for repairs in August, and didn’t get it back until November. As soon as they went to load it on the truck, the repair I had brought it in for, (steering linkage), broke while their employee was turning it to put it on my truck. They said they would get it fixed and call me in a couple of days. Two weeks later, they called me and I went to pick it up. They charged me an additional $40, explaining that an additional bushing had come loose. I asked them if they had tested the mower the first time, to see if there were any issues before they returned it to me. The extremely rude counter employee explained that Troy-bilt machines were of very low quality and they could break at any time. When I took the mower home I proceeded to cut half of my yard. Suddenly the deck belt, that they said had been replaced, again stop working and the mower stopped cutting. I am taking the mower back this morning and I will have a follow up to the story. My recommendation is to take your equipment to the Snapper repair center in Covington!
