Smoky Mountain Mowers made my purchasing process nice and relaxed. Kept me informed of every step along the way. Extremely knowledgeable about their equipment and very easy to talk to. Wasn’t pushy about making a sale just let the equipment speak for itself. Will buy from them again!

We just moved from out of state to our new house and have 1 1/2 Acres  to mow , Tony and Beverly are the ultimate people to work with in finding the right mower, for the right situation. Not only did Tony take the time to show me how to operate the mower safely. But he also helped to make arrangement for our new mowers delivery. We also ended up purchasing a new leaf blower and bringing some of our current Lawn Equipment there to be serviced. I would highly recommend this place above any other,  not only for sales and service, but also for the kind of people that Tony and Beverly are. Thank you.

Great people to deal with.  Bought a beautiful new mower here and the service was great!  They showed me how to drive it and helped me to make arrangements to have it delivered.  It's really nice to be able to deal with a local business that sales and services.

my last experience /encounter with smokey mountain mowers involved a garden tiller (that belonged to my son Samuel). i took it in for an estimate on repair ($150) to replace transmission. i told them on the phone i didn't have the money to fix it at the time so they told me i can go pick it up for $25. if not getting it fixed,, so i told them when i got the $ i would try to get it fixed later. they never called me about my son's garden tiller again or even ask me if the garden tiller belomged to me when i brought it in.But when i did go back to pick it up i was told " WE DON’T HAVE IT”— we sold it for scrap because it was non repairable. I made a mistake taking  the tiller to them and leaving it with Smokey Mountain Mowers”— would have been different if they had actually tried to call me or reach me to tell me “their plans “ but I was never notified of this , said they had a sign saying not responsible after 30 days for items left there”, I asked “where was this sign @?” Cause I certainly didn’t see one any where in my “ customer’s eye view “; they pointed to a wall near her cash register away from customers so no one can see it to show me this had been posted So I Do Not Recommend Smokey Mountain Mowers to Anyone because I just don’t trust these people with my property or anyone else’s property- I will not use them anymore in the future for this reason.lost my sons garden tiller through these people
