  This company Smitty"s Tree & Snow Removal, are a super company to have help me manage my property and I can trust them with my home and property, heck they even help feed my cats while I was in the hospital with heart problems.   I wanted to like Smitty's they are probably a good company, but they need better customer support. I made a appointment to get a quote on tree removal over a week in advance, but no one showed up. Tried to call the office about an hour after the appointment to see what the issue was, but only got the answering machine. Left a message, but never got a call back. Went with another company. Too bad.
