  Nice people, mom n pop shop , and they know their stuff, i wont take my saws anywhere else , or buy parts from anywhere else. Even if its more $$ ill still buy from smiths,. They are that kind of business that makes you a very loyal customer.

  Called to ask if they had a belt. Got put on hold for 20 minutes so hung up and called back. When I told him I'd possibly be down there later today he hung up without saying a word. Trying to shop local and get my parts in town instead of ordering online but man to people like this make it difficult. Will never do business here again and will tell everyone I know to not go down here so they don't get treated badly. Wish I could rate half a star because 1 star is a little high IMO.

  Awesome crew, won't find more knowledgeable people about there products anywhere. In a time of customer no service these people set the bar high. Good luck to anyone trying to compete with this store.
