  Dropped mower off and was told they would have it ready in a few days. Called when I never heard back and they added a week into that date ...never heard back again and called back again and they added mother week. Called back today because we still hadn’t heard anything and the rude lady who answers the phones said they’re having an issue getting a part and it would be even longer. They have terrible communication with customers and the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and snotty as well. Meanwhile the grass in my yard is over 5ft y’all now and my kids and dogs absolutely can not go out to play or anything. Thank you Smiths for not being honest and up front at first and for wasting my time. Never ever again will I recommend or use them!
