  Incredibly long wait times, poor communication. My mower sat for 6 weeks before being looked at Had something fixed only for it to break again less than 20 minutes into using the it. They ran the incorrect credit card amount and struggled to refund it.

  Hi Catherine! Thanks for your input. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your service with us. I wish we would have known you weren't happy when we dealt with you recently on reprocessing your payment. It was our error for charging you taxes, but due to the charge being from 3 months ago we had to deal directly with our merchant services for it to be refunded and reprocessed. I left you 3 messages before hearing back from you to process the CORRECT amount. We also let all our customers know during our busy season it is a 4-6 week wait time..We appreciate the feedback & will try to make adjustments for our future customers! Thanks.

  I've recently had both a lawn mower and generator serviced by Smith's, and they have provided a quality product at a reasonable cost. It seems like they always have a significant workload in front of them when I visit the shop, but they always turn your project around very quickly. Enthusiastically recommended!
