  Haven't used this service. Has similar name to another service that I was trying to review. It was confusing by the address. This is probably where your other bad review came from as well. I have added the other service to google's directory so hopefully this doesn't happen to you in the future.

  Thank you! The other company you are confused with is using our trade name fraudulently. We have the Trade Name Registration for Smith's Lawn Services in the entire state of Ohio. We are dealing with this issue currently but it is hard to go after such companies without spending large sums of money hiring a lawyer. We live in crazy times where people do not follow the rules and hurt the good companies. We can not even get Google to remove the bad review that is obviously incorrect. People can put anything on these reviews. We will just continue to give the best service in our business and we get plenty of calls from referrals of our existing customers. In business since 1995.   We were recently alerted to this negative review from a new customer. This individual has filed a fraudulent review and will be under review from Google. We keep meticulous records and we have never received a call or delivered services to this individual. We feel this review was filed by a competitor or some erroneous individual. We strive to give the most professional services in our industry. Please check out our great reviews from a trusted source like Angie's List. Thank you.
