Im glad they have pickup and return service available. I sent them a text late in the evening and the next day they responded and advised they could pickup that evening. They set a time and they arrived on time. The service by the representative was excellent. He asked what I needed and said he would take care of it all. Loaded my mower up and away they went Two days later received all call to set up for return I gave them a time and they were on time again. I will purchase all my equipment from them. They are very knowledgeable and ready to help. Thanks guys.

Very good company, this is one of my top 2 places to go when buying equipment for my Lawn Care Business. I have been to different dealers around Texas like San Antonio, Dallas area, Abilene & San Angelo & this is one of the best. They give you fair trade in values & try to work with you. If you don't believe me try and trade in a mower or power equipment somewhere else, and you will see that they will try and low ball the heck out of you, but not this company. 5 Stars

Just bought a new Ariens Zero Turn on 7/21/2021. Mower was damaged on 8/30/2021. Called Smith Outdoor & Mathew picked the mower up on 09/01. All maintenance & repair was completed including having LED headlights installed. Mathew called today and will deliver my mower on Monday, 09/13. Mathew is super nice to deal with! I've dealt with him several times in the past. Anyway, kudos to Mathew & the service department!
