  Plans and work are good. Customer communication is zero. Bo Smith had plans about 8 month and suddenly shows up ready to go when he had an opening. Workers come and go with no supervisors to check with owners. Sub contractor Gary Conlee a little more responsive but doesn't seem to communicate w Smith. Now we have a major issue due to these issues. Not a lot of competition apparently and I feel like they are taking us for granted on a project costing more than a brand new car. Very disappointed!   I could not ask for better service on my recent irrigation installation. The crew did a good job and more importantly they showed up to take care of my concerns promptly. I am very pleased with the company and it's crew. I will certainly use them again for future projects.
