  Last October I stopped by Smalls on my way to Michigan to check out some trees. Since then I've been shopping for trees to plant at my place and couldn't find anything as good as what I saw there. I recently called them and dealt with Melanie who couldn't have been more kind and professional along with being so knowledgeable. So I made the trip back which is 1.5 hours and purchased the trees I wanted and have absolutely no regrets.

  Purchased very expensive trees and paid for delivery and installation through Small's to ensure we had a warranty. Trees both have been determined to have girdling root from an improper installation. Took months to hear back from Small's. Eventually Small's stated they would replace the dying trees. I stop in a month plus after the email to get more specifics. I lose an hour at the business where I was truly harassed by each employee I encountered. Actually have video and recording if we need to go to court (it's embarrassing how they treated me). I also prevented Small's from commiting fraud as they were going to replace our trees with completely different trees. No where near as nice and a different type all together. I have never spent so much money to be talked over, lied to, and yelled at. Pursuing refund and can and will go to court if need be.
