  Went back and forth with Anthony the owner for several weeks, very pushy and not respectful of my time or concerns, wanted money up front (deposit) without looking at the property where he was to install my fence, I explained I wasn't comfortable paying upfront without a face to face meeting to set clear expectations. He wasn't willing to do that, which caused me great concern. I wish you well with your business, but you have to accommodate your potential customers.

  Don't look like a deposit is the issue, look more like not being in tune with your customer, trust me that's a business killer. Stop and listen

  Disrespectful of people's schedule. A no call and no show to say the least. Unreliable, delusional and unapologetically unprofessional. Doesn't know how to reconstruct professional relationships to sustain business. In Business class they teach you to not mix emotions with Business. This man does! You can tell the owner/contractor is not business saavy without an ounce of educational knowledge to run a business establishment. Furthermore, very combative in approach. Would recommend getting a Business Degree with a Major in Management and a minor in Communication; vice versa. I really don't know which one is worst his communication or his lack of customer retention expertise.
