  I was very disappointed with the customer service. My delivery was 3 hrs later than what I was told, and came at 8PM. The employee I spoke with had no explanation and did not have a reasonable way that the company communicates to customers that they will be running late. For a delivery of dirt, the customer service should have been better.

  Out on a bike ride and someone driving a commercial vehicle for this company pulled directly in front of me and slammed on their brakes. When asked why at the stop sign they responded with “because I can”. I’ll be sure to never use the services of this company and do everything in my power to ensure nobody I know does either.

  As the Director of Property Management, I have been doing business with Sitescapes for the last 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Steve is fantastic to work with and always goes above and beyond!! It is a pleasure to work with them.
