They are very informative about what I need to do for my lawn and when to do it. I also would like to add that they are very kind and helpful.

Let your suppliers know pine straw got debris.  I am happy with site one but check your quality before you sale it to your regular clients

Love this spot, brought a palm tree and couldn’t be happier. Will return in the spring for more plants and trees!

I am rating this place 5 stars because of their service rep Tommy!  He is a pleasure to deal with; very calm, knowledgeable, and doesn't seem bothered to help you-female or male.  They also have a good selection of landscaping supplies and plants that you won't find just anywhere.  However, I do agree with other reviews that other service reps are not as pleasant as Tommy.  I'm not sure if it's a homeowner vs. landscaper issue or a female vs. male issue, but other men that I have dealt with at this location DO seem bothered and not interested in really offering their time. This is a busy location so they could simply be burned out on dealing with customers altogether.  When this happens, I simply wait until I can reach Tommy.

NOT HOMEOWNER FRIENDlY!  am a homeowner who does have a lawn company helping us with our yard. The landscaper has sent us by several times to look at schrubs etc. I want to be a part of the choices to go into our new home. We really want our vision of what we want not someone else's. Everytime we have went to siteone I have felt like I was a bother. The guys don't seem to want to interact and answer question. They sit behind the desk and give you a blank look.
In our experience they only want to deal with landscaping companies. They want nothing to do with a home owner. I am guessing their motto is buy big or go home.
After this time we drove to Flintwood Farms in Fayetteville. They are more than happy to answer questions about plants and shrubs. Even walked around outside with us to educate us. Of course, what money I was going to exchange with them means nothing to them because we are not who they want to walk through their doors but it needs to be pointed out. We can't be the only ones with this experience

Had two large installation done with one of their prefered installer companies.   I was wanting to do a third project but for over a year Site Ones number on their website does not work.  I'm thinking they have a way of blocking numbers and do not know how to use their phone system.  Either way not answering phones or blocking is bad business and bad customer service.  My husband decided to go to a nursery in another town close by.

Beautiful  trees  delivered  and on time  delivery.
