  I have visited this site one, on and off for the last three lawn seasons. I reside in Stafford, so this location is near my home. The customer service I have received from a gentleman named TJ was great, and also from another gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) was also top-notch. However, Tim’s customer service is horrible. When I deal with Tim, he speaks to me in a condescending tone. I am not a business owner, nor am I an Agronomist. I’m just a homeowner with a little knowledge about soil management and lawn care. Whenever Tim helps me and I “attempt” to ask about a product for purchase, Tim will counter my question or request with a flurry of questions such as, “what are you going to use the product on?”, or “what is your PH?”, or “You need to figure out what is wrong with.....before you apply.....” He speaks to me as if I have no clue as to why I’m in there, and that I should go and purchase my fertilizer from the garden center at HD or Lowe’s. I don’t get this treatment from any other person at that Site One location, or any other Site one I have visited. That being said, and because of Tim’s subpar customer service, Site One of Fredericksberg will never see me again.
