  Rude phone customer service. I ordered a seal kit for my water softener. They told me it would be about a week for delivery. I called three different days attempting to see if the kit had arrived. Each time the same employee answered the phone and rudely informed me he had someone in front of him. There was no offer to call back, transfer me to another employee or any attempt at customer service. The gentleman that originally ordered the kit was very polite, but the person answering the phone was rude. I wanted to ensure the kit was in stock before driving 35 minutes each way to find out it had not arrived. I did a web search and found the seal kit and media that I needed. Sorry Site One, but you just lost a customer.

  Surprised to find that the had replacement parts for sprinkler systems that were cheaper than big box stores. Knowledgeable service assistance. Loved it.
