  Tony and Gage always go above and beyond to make sure my landscape company has the support and supplies to complete our jobs on time. As long as they work there I will buy all of my supplies from site one.

  A disgrace. Our company has been using SiteOne, Twin Falls location for a few years now. We have never been treated as poorly as we were by any of our vendors as we were by Tony today. We are a fast growing landscaping company and understand that times are busy right now and that sometimes things have to be rearranged, however when not one thing had been done on our pre-ordered sprinkler system package after a week and a half of having the design we thought maybe there would at least be some form of explanation or apology for The tardiness. Instead we were treated rudely, not only by Tony himself but the customer he was helping while we were trying to deal with another sales person. They were rude and disrespectful. It was not like this when Sean ran it. We want Sean back at least he understood customer relations and how to multi-task. By the way went to pipe-co in Twin instead and they had our package done and ready in about 30 min.

  Good service, Shane got me a great deal on some parts i was going to order on line. Cost a little more but better for what I'm doing
